What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use The Courier Guy for all our shipping fulfilment.  Our shipping costs are calculated based on your location and secondly on the weight and dimensions of the item/s you are purchasing (Items like Gaming Chairs usually cost a bit more due to the size and weight).  The shipping is calculated by from the Area/Suburb input on the checkout page.  If you experience any problem do get in chat with our live support, our form on the contact us page or just simply give us a call.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Since little to no stock are held on our premises, please allow 2 – 5 business days for your order to be delivered.  Should a item accidentally be out of stock or delayed we will communicate this through to you directly.  Custom built PC’s could take longer as we take care and pride build your PC to perfection.

Sometime on per-ordered items we are at the mercy of having the distributor firstly stock the item.  Please keep in mind that delays might happen on pre-ordered items, but this will be communicated through to you so that you are kept in the loop.

How Do I Track My Order?

All order can be tracked by using the tracking number received via email.  Please visit https://thecourierguy.pperfect.com/ and input your tracking number there. (PS: We are working on tracking integration)

On the The Courier Guy tracking page you can opt in to receive automatic notications each time there is a change to the waybill.  We also input the tracking directly on your order, login to your account, open your order and a link to the tracking page will be available.

If you have not received your tracking details, please reach out to support so that they can ensure you receive all the details you require.

How do I contact you guys?

There is multiple ways to reach us.  For the fastest and most convenient way to reach us we recommend giving us a call on 087 148 2641.  Should we be unavailable please send us an email to support@foxytech.co.za.  We are on Facebook / Twitter / Instagram / Discord as well.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

Not at all, we do support quick checkout.  We do however recommend that you register so that you can receive product updates, discounts, flash deals.  Don’t worry, we don’t distribute your information to 3rd parties and your details are held for a limited time period.

What payments methods do you accept?

Currently we support Manual EFT / Ozow Instant EFT that supports all the major South African Banks.  With Ozow your order is instantly processed, no need for pesky manual EFT and proof of payment emails.

When making a payment via Ozow, please note that normal clearance periods apply when making a payment to our FNB account.  Please allow 24 to 48 hours if you are banking with another bank other than FNB.

Due to popular request, we now also accept Paypal as a form of payment.  Please note that we do add extra transactional fees when Paypal is used as a checkout method due to Paypal to Bank Fee, then a commission fee from the Bank to make the funds available.  Consider Paypal a convenience option rather than a preferred method of payment.  Please add an addition 2/3 days to process your order when using Paypal due to waiting times for funds to be released.
